Every roof is different. Decking condition, ventilation, past repairs and how water actually moves across your roof can only be judged in person. Please do not make repair, purchase or insurance decisions based on this website alone.

The only way to reach us is by calling (859) 251-7387. The site has no forms, accounts or online booking. A phone call does not create a contract or commit you to anything. It is simply how we set up a visit, answer questions and arrange a free roof inspection or a free estimate.
How Actual Work Is Agreed On
No work is ordered through this website. Any job starts with an inspection and a conversation about what we found. Scope, materials, price and timing are agreed directly between you and us before work begins, and that agreement, not this page, governs the job. If anything on the site differs from what we agree with you in person, the direct agreement controls.

We try to keep the content correct and current, but we do not promise it is complete or free of errors.
