About Roofing Fort Wright: Inspection Before Advice
We are a roofing company serving homes in Fort Wright and the towns around it. Before anyone talks about cost, one of us climbs up, studies the shingles and flashing, takes pictures and sits down with you to explain what those pictures show.

Why We Start on the Roof, Not With a Price
Most roof problems are not where they look. A water stain on a bedroom ceiling can start at a cracked rubber boot around a plumbing vent several feet uphill, or at step flashing that pulled loose where the roof meets a wall. If a roofer prices the stain instead of the source, you pay for a repair that does not stop the leak.
On a typical visit we walk the roof and check the shingles for granule loss, cracking and lifted tabs. We look at flashing at chimneys, walls and valleys, at pipe boots and vents, and at the drip edge where water leaves the roof. When we can get into the attic, we check the underside of the decking for dark staining, damp insulation and signs of poor ventilation, which wears shingles out from below.
Afterward, you see every picture we took. We sort the findings into what is sound, what needs work now and what can wait a season or two, and we give the reason behind each call. Sometimes the honest answer is a few replaced shingles and a new boot. Sometimes it is a full roof replacement. Either way, the reasoning comes first and the decision stays yours.
How We Work on Your Home
Photos before any price
Every inspection comes with pictures of the problem areas, so you can see the lifted flashing or stained decking yourself. Our written estimate lists each item on its own line: tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, shingles and disposal.
Repair when repair will hold
If the decking is sound and the shingles have life left, we say so and price the roof repair. We recommend replacement only when damage is spread across the roof or the shingles are past the point where patching lasts.
Credentials and a written warranty
We are licensed and insured. Our installation work carries a 10-year labor warranty.
Your property protected
We cover shrubs and AC units, lay tarps below the work area and run a magnetic sweeper over the driveway and lawn for loose nails at the end of each day.
Fort Wright and the Towns Close By
Our crews cover Fort Wright along with Covington, Fort Mitchell, Park Hills, Lakeside Park, Erlanger, Edgewood, Villa Hills, Elsmere, Fort Thomas and Newport. Freeze-thaw winters pry at cracked sealant and push ice under shingle edges, so eaves, valleys and gutters get a careful look on every visit. Beyond the roof itself, we also take on gutters, siding and storm damage repair.
